The Reorganisation
The Parishad's first parliaments redraw its states by language, as India did in 1956. Bengal and Punjab each become one state again, and Kurdistan is made from the Kurdish provinces of Iraq and Iran. The Lok Sabha split over Kurdistan, and the Vault cast the deciding vote.
