Titan (2200s onward). NASA's Dragonfly drone is due to launch to Titan in 2028. The Settlement founds charter cities there, and Titan becomes the system's chemical works: most of its ships, habitats and breathable air are made from Titan's hydrocarbons and nitrogen. The 2410 test tube ended at Saturn, in Settlement space.
